Priority Listing Sample Clauses
A Priority Listing clause establishes the order in which certain rights, obligations, or interests take precedence over others within a contract. In practice, this clause may specify that one party’s claim to payment, delivery, or performance is ranked above those of other parties, or that certain contractual provisions override others in the event of a conflict. By clearly defining the hierarchy of rights or terms, the clause helps prevent disputes over which obligations must be fulfilled first and ensures that all parties understand the sequence of priorities in the agreement.
