Common use of Local Laws and Export Control Clause in Contracts

Local Laws and Export Control. JAGGAER and Client shall comply with the export laws and regulations of Finland, the European Union, the United States and any other applicable jurisdictions in providing and using the JAGGAER Applications and Services. Without limiting the foregoing, (i) each party represents that it is not named on any U.S. government list of persons or entities prohibited from receiving exports, and (ii) Client shall not permit Authorized Users to access or use the JAGGAER Applications or Services in violation of any U.S. export embargo, prohibition or restriction.
