Common use of LOCAL LOADING AND LOCAL/ALTERNATE HOSTING Clause in Contracts

LOCAL LOADING AND LOCAL/ALTERNATE HOSTING. Licensor agrees to negotiate in good faith a separate agreement with a Member or a duly authorized representative (e.g. a consortium acting on behalf of the Member) at any point in the term of this License Agreement, for perpetual local loading and alternate hosting of the Licensed Materials on the Member’s server or a third-party server, as designated by the Member.
