Common use of Local Loop Clause in Contracts

Local Loop. 9.1 If Customer desires CTMEA to order and administer local tail circuits (each a "Local Loop") in order to interconnect Customer’s network and equipment with the Services, CTMEA reserves the right to order Local Loops from the local circuit provider (the "Loop Provider") of its choice. If the Loop Provider does not provide test results regarding the Local Loop to CTMEA, then CTMEA may test the Local Loop based on International Telecommunication Union recommendations. CTMEA may accept or reject the Local Loop in its reasonable discretion based on such test results. CTMEA may suspend or terminate any Local Loop upon written notice to Customer without liability to Customer in order to comply with the order or request of any court, government agency or regulatory authority, or with any applicable law, governmental rule or regulation.
