Local Marketing Agreement. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, the Seller and Buyer shall execute the Local Marketing Agreement (the "LMA Agreement") which includes the terms and conditions pursuant to which Broadcasting will purchase the airtime on the Stations. The accounts receivable of the Stations in existence as of the date of this Agreement shall be collected pursuant to the terms and conditions of the LMA Agreement.
