Local Traffic. Under this Agreement, Bill and Keep shall apply to the exchange of Local Traffic solely when such traffic terminates to the end users of one of the Parties (including wireless traffic of end user customers of Carrier’s wireless roaming partners). The transit rate shall apply to Transit Traffic.
