Common use of Locally Run Software Clause in Contracts

Locally Run Software. Depending on the Service offering purchased, any software provided by Numonix as part of the Service that is designed to run locally (On-Premise Software) is licensed to Customer as follows: Numonix grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the term of the order, to use and copy such On-Premise Software in accordance with its technical documentation, solely in connection with the Service.
