Location and Availability of Records. All books and records of the Partnership shall be kept and maintained at the principal office of the Partnership or such other place as designated by the General Partner, and shall during regular business hours, be available for inspection and duplication by the Partners and their designated representatives, including attorneys, auditors and accountants.
