Common use of Location and Date Clause in Contracts

Location and Date. The consummation of the Merger and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at the offices of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ & Bockius LLP, on April 3, 1998, providing that all conditions to Closing shall have been satisfied or waived, or at such other time and date as USFloral, the Company and the Stockholders may mutually agree, which date shall be referred to as the "Closing Date."
