Location and Title. During the Term (as defined below), Supplier may utilize the Vehicle only to the extent necessary to facilitate the installation and evaluation of the performance of the sensors and software installed on the Vehicle. The Vehicle shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Client. Supplier shall advise Client of the location of the Vehicle upon Client request.
