Position and Title. 2.1 The Company on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries hereby employs Employee as Chief Financial Officer, and Employee hereby accepts such employment.
2.2 Employee shall devote substantially all of his efforts on a full time basis to the business and affairs of the Company and shall not engage in any business or perform any services in any capacity whatsoever adverse to the interests of the Company.
2.3 Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talents, perform all of the duties of his position.
Position and Title. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee in the position(s) described on Addendum A attached hereto and the Employee hereby accepts such position(s) and agrees to serve the Company, including Company Affiliates (as defined below), in such capacity until this Agreement expires as set forth in Addendum A or this Agreement is earlier terminated by one of the parties in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 4 below.

2.3 Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talents, perform all of the duties of his position.
Position and Title. 3.1 You are employed on a casual basis in the position described at Item 3 of the Schedule.
3.2 You may be required to perform other tasks from time to time, as reasonably requested by the Employer.
Position and Title. The Bank hereby agrees to employ the Executive in the position described on Addendum A attached hereto and the Executive hereby accepts such position and agrees to serve the Bank in such capacity during the employment period set forth in Section 2 below, subject to earlier termination as provided hereunder (the “Employment Period”). The Executive shall perform such job duties and responsibilities as determined in discussion with the CEO of the Bank and in accordance with the Bank’s Bylaws. The Bank shall retain the right to modify the Executive’s job title and responsibilities pursuant to the legitimate business needs of the Bank, provided that any such modification in title or responsibilities is consistent with the Executive’s expertise and training.
Position and Title. The Company hereby hires Employee to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Position and Title. The Company hereby hires Employee to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Position and Title. The Company will employ Executive as its Chief Information Officer, reporting to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Executive accepts employment to serve in such capacity, all upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
