Common use of Location Based Services Clause in Contracts

Location Based Services. You acknowledge and agree that your geo-location information must be provided to the Uber Services via a Device in order to provide Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location information will be monitored and tracked by the Uber Services when you are logged into the Driver App and available to receive requests for Transportation Services or when you are providing Transportation Services; and (b) the approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User before and during the provision of Transportation Services to such User. In addition, Rasier Pacific and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share your geo-location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety, security, technical, marketing and commercial purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.

In addition, Rasier Pacific Company and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share your with third parties Driver’s geo-location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety, security, technical, marketing safety and commercial security purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) your geo-location information will be monitored and tracked by the Uber Stroll Services when you are logged into the Driver App and available to receive requests for Transportation Services or when you are providing Transportation Services; and (b) the approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User before and during the provision of Transportation Services to such User. In addition, Rasier Pacific Company and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share your geo-location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety, security, their technical, marketing and commercial purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.

You acknowledge and agree that your geo-location geo-­‐location information must be provided to the Uber Ehail Services via a Device in order to provide Transportation Services. You acknowledge and agree that: (aA) your geo-location geo-­‐location information will be monitored and tracked by the Uber Ehail Services when you are logged into the Driver App and available to receive requests for Transportation Services Trip Requests or when you are providing Transportation Services; and (bB) the approximate location of your Vehicle will be displayed to the User before and during the provision of Transportation Services to such User. In addition, Rasier Pacific Verifone and its Affiliates may monitor, track and share your geo-location geo-­‐location information obtained by the Driver App and Device for safety, security, their technical, marketing and commercial purposes, including to provide and improve their products and services.
