Common use of Location; Examination and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Location; Examination and Inspection. Except for the books and records which may be kept in Manager's home office or other suitable location pursuant to the adoption of a central billing system or other centralized service, the books of account and all other records relating to or reflecting the operation of the Hotel will be the property of Lessee and will be kept at the Hotel. All books and records will be available to Lessee and its representatives upon reasonable request for examination, inspection and transcription.
