Location; Examination and Inspection. Except for the books and records which may be kept in Manager's home office or other suitable location, pursuant to the adoption of a control billing system or other centralized service, the books of account and all other records relating to or reflecting the operation of the Hotel will be available to Owner and its representatives upon reasonable request for examination, inspection and transcription.
