Location of Books and Records. All of the books and records of the Partnership shall be kept and maintained at the Property. Such books and records shall be available during reasonable business hours for the reasonable inspection and examination by the Limited Partners and their authorized representatives, which parties shall have the right, at their sole cost and expense, to make copies thereof.
