Location of Borrowers. Each Borrower’s chief executive office is located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 (Henrico County). Until written notice is given to Agent by Borrowing Agent of any other office at which any Borrower keeps its records pertaining to Receivables, all such records shall be kept at such executive office.

Location of Borrowers. The principal place of business and chief executive office of each of the Borrowers is located at the address of the Borrowers set forth in Section 9.3 or at such other location as any Borrower may have, by proper written notice hereunder, advised the Agent, provided that such other location is within a state in which appropriate financing statements from the Borrower in favor of the Agent have been filed, if required by applicable law.

No Borrower has had any other principal place of business or chief executive offices in the five (5) year period immediately preceding the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
