Each Grantor will keep the Equipment and Inventory at the locations specified therefor on Schedule II hereto, or, at such other locations in the United States, provided that within 10 days following the relocation of Equipment or Inventory to such other location, Grantor shall deliver to the Buyer a new Schedule II indicating such new location.
