Common use of Location of Inventory; Third Parties in Possession Clause in Contracts

Location of Inventory; Third Parties in Possession. All of its inventory is located at the places specified in Schedule 3.01 for such Debtor. Schedule 3.01 correctly identifies the landlords or mortgagees, if any, of each of its locations identified in Schedule 3.01. Except for the Persons identified on Schedule 3.01 who hold Collateral in the capacity designated on Schedule 3.01, no Person other than the Debtors and the Agent has possession of any of the Collateral. None of its Collateral has been located in any location within the past four months other than as set forth on Schedule 3.01 for such Debtor.
