Common use of Location of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Location of Inventory. The Inventory of Borrowers is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except to the extent permitted under Section 6.13 and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 4.24 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).

Location of Inventory.
