Common use of Location of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Location of Inventory. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.24, the Inventory of Loan Parties is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 4.24 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).

Location of Inventory. Except as set forth on in Schedule 4.244.25 to the Disclosure Letter, the Eligible Inventory of the Loan Parties is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 4.24 4.25 to the Disclosure Letter (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).
