Common use of Location of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Location of Inventory. Debtor will promptly notify Secured Party in --------------------- writing of any addition to, change in or discontinuance of its place(s) of business as shown in this agreement, the places at which inventory is located as shown herein, the location of its chief executive office and the location of the office where it keeps its records as set forth herein. All Collateral will be located at the place(s) of business identified in this agreement as modified by any written notice(s) given pursuant hereto.
