Location of Issuer. From July 15March 20, 2005 2007 to the date of this Agreement, the Issuer’s correct name has been and is Cendant Sierra Timeshare 20052007-1 Receivables Funding, LLC.

The Issuer was formed on July 15August 16, 2005 2007 as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Delaware and has at all times since such date remained as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Delaware. From July 15August 16, 2005 2007 to the date of this Agreement, the Issuer’s correct name has been and is Cendant Sierra Timeshare 20052007-1 2 Receivables Funding, LLC.

Location of Issuer. The Issuer was formed on July 15May 12, 2005 2006 as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Delaware and has at all times since such date remained as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Delaware. From July 15May 12, 2005 2006 to the date of this Agreement, the Issuer’s correct name has been and is Cendant Sierra Timeshare 20052006-1 Receivables Funding, LLC.
