Location of Loan Documents. Subject to Section 13.7, the Loan Documents shall remain at all times in the possession of the Collateral Custodian at the Custody Facilities unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Loan Documents to be released to the Servicer on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Loan Documents may be released pursuant to this Agreement.
