Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its records concerning the Purchased Receivables and all Contracts related thereto (and all original documents relating thereto), at its address referred to in subsection 11.2 or, upon 30 days' prior written notice to the Managing Facility Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all actions required by subsection 6.1(l) shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records.
