Common use of Location of Records Clause in Contracts

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of such Originator referred to in Annex 1 or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Location of Records. Keep its chief principal place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto)records concerning or related to Receivables, at the address(es) of such Originator referred to in Annex 1 Exhibit E or, upon thirty (30) 15 days’ prior written notice to AFC and the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.3 shall have been taken and completed.

Location of Records. Keep its chief place of business and chief executive office, and the offices where it keeps its Records (and all original documents relating thereto), at the address(es) of such Originator Seller referred to in Annex 1 Section 6.1(l) or, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, at such other locations in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 9.06 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement 8.5 shall have been taken and completed.
