Location of Related Documents. Subject to Section 14.08, the Related Documents shall remain at all times in the possession of the Document Custodian at the Corporate Trust Office of the Document Custodian unless notice of a different address is given in accordance with the terms hereof or unless the Administrative Agent agrees to allow certain Related Documents to be released to the Collateral Manager on a temporary basis in accordance with the terms hereof, except as such Related Documents may be released pursuant to this Agreement.
