Any warranty, representation or statement made or furnished to Lender by Borrower or on Borrower's behalf under this Agreement or the Related Documents is false or misleading in any material respect, either now or at the time made or furnished or becomes false or misleading at any time thereafter.
For good and valuable consideration, Guarantor absolutely and unconditionally guarantees full and punctual payment ar,d satisfaction of the Indebtedness of Borrower, or any one or more of them, to Lender, and the performance and discharge of all Borrower's obligations under the Note and the Related Documents.
