Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

Related Documents means the Notes, the Certificate, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Indenture, the Asset Representations Review Agreement, the Trust Agreement and the Underwriting Agreement. The Related Documents to be executed by any party are referred to herein as “such party’s Related Documents,” “its Related Documents” or by a similar expression.

Related Documents. The words "Related Documents" mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

• The City (a) is duly organized and validly existing under the provisions of the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas, and (b) has all requisite power and authority and all requisite governmental licenses, authorizations, consents and approvals to (i) own or lease its assets and carry on its governmental purposes and (ii) execute, deliver and perform its obligations under the Related Documents to which it is a party.

• At all times maintain in effect, renew and comply with all the terms and conditions of all consents, licenses, approvals and authorizations as may be necessary or appropriate under any applicable Law or regulation for its execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the other Related Documents.

• The representations and warranties made by the City in each of the Related Documents to which it is a party are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and are hereby reaffirmed and restated by the City for the benefit of the Bank as if such representations and warranties were fully set forth herein.

Related Documents. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the documents specified in Section 2.1(b) of the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement and any documents required to be added to such documents pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, the Trust Agreement, Indenture or the Servicing Agreement.
