Location of WDDF Campus. City shall acquire 15 gross acres of real property more particularly described in Exhibit B (the “WDDF Campus”) through an acquisition of a fee simple ownership interest in such 15 gross acres from Tradition Outlet, LLC. Such purchase and sale agreement shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C (the “Purchase & Sale Agreement”). City will close on the Purchase & Sale Agreement no later than December 30, 2009.
