Common use of Locations of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Locations of Equipment. The Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.30 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).

Locations of Equipment. The Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the locations identified on Schedule 4.30 4.25 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).

Locations of Equipment. The Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party except as set forth on Schedule 4.5 and are located only at, or in-transit between or tobetween, the locations identified on Schedule 4.30 4.5 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.155.9).

The Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or tobetween, the locations identified on Schedule 4.30 4.26 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15).

Locations of Equipment. The Equipment (other than vehicles or Equipment out for repair) of the Loan Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries are not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and are located only at, or in-transit between or to, the job sites where such Equipment is then under contract or the locations identified on Schedule 4.30 4.13(e) (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.15)5.10) other than as otherwise permitted under Section 5.10.
