Common use of Locations of Inventory and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Locations of Inventory and Equipment. As of the date of its execution and delivery of this Agreement or the date of its execution and delivery of an Accession Agreement pursuant to Section 2.3 (as applicable), its Inventory and Equipment (other than Inventory or Equipment in transit, at the address specified in Section 8.7(a) and the Projects) are kept at the locations listed on Schedule 4.
