Lockout Service. Additional or replacement keys may be purchased during office hours at $10 each. Keys cannot be loaned. CP can send a maintenance person to open a locked door at the property for a cost of one hour labor $75 during (M – F 9:00 – 5:00PM) and two hours $150 any other time. Tenant may also contact a locksmith to open the door and would be responsible for the cost for this service. Any damages to the door or lock are the responsibility of the Tenant. Lockout Service. If YOU misplace, break, or accidentally lock YOUR keys in YOUR VEHICLE, dispatch will provide locksmith or emergency VEHICLE service to assist YOU. Lockout service is limited to seventy-five ($75) per occurrence. The cost of new keys is not covered.
Lockout Service. Lockout services are not guaranteed by Agent. If you are locked out of the Property after hours, you may be directed to contact a local locksmith for assistance. In the event Tenant is locked out of the Property, and Agent is available ot provide access after-hours, Tenant agrees to pay a fee to Agent/Owner for the services provided to gain access to the Property. Lockout Service. After entering the vacation rental, place the lock box key BACK in the lockbox. There is no lockout service provided. Should Bayley Vacation Rentals have to provide entry into the vacation rental, there will be a $50.00 fee. This service is not covered by the Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan.
Lockout Service. The roadside assistance operator will arrange to have a service person attempt to open your Vehicle should your keys be locked inside the passenger compartment. You will be required to sign a release of liability form prior to service being rendered.
Lockout Service. Two (2) keys to your apartment and two (2) keys to your mailbox are furnished to you when you enter into your lease. If you should lose them or need additional keys, a charge in accordance with the current price list, will be made. Don’t forget your key when you leave. If you lock yourself out and an HACC employee has to unlock your door, you will be charged according to the current price list. Any damage caused by a forced entry will be charged to your account. REMEMBER - Have your key with you at all times. Tenants will not hold the Housing Authority liable for the time the Tenant is locked out of the unit.
Lockout Service. If tenant locks themselves out of their unit, lockout service is guaranteed between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Lockout service fees are $25.00 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and $75.00 between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Between 9:00 p.m. and 9a.m., if Metro Investments has someone available and is willing to do so, a lockout fee of $150.00 will be charged. If Metro Investments is unable to unlock your door after 9 p.m., you have the option of calling a locksmith or staying somewhere else for the evening. Please do not attempt to break into the unit. A minimum charge of $500.00 (per door/lock) and $100.00 (per window) will be assessed to repair any item that you may have broken attempting to gain access to the unit.
Lockout Service. In the event that You lock the vehicle's key(s) in the vehicle, We will dispatch a service provider to gain entry into Your Vehicle to retrieve Your keys (maximum one claim per calendar year). The Roadside Assistance Services provided by this Contract will begin on the expiration of any similar roadside assistance services for Your Vehicle that is provided by the manufacturer of Your Vehicle.
