LOCKOUTS AND KEYS. If Xxxxxx is locked out Xxxxxx’s premises and needs Landlord’s assistance to gain access to the Leased premise. Tenant shall be charged a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Tenant shall not place any additional locks on any door without Landlord’s written approval.
