Common use of Lodge Ballot Box Clause in Contracts

Lodge Ballot Box. The Lodge shall be permitted, upon prior notification to the Chief, to temporarily place one (1) ballot box in the break room for the purpose of collecting members' ballots on all Lodge issues subject to ballot. Such box shall be the property of the Lodge and neither the ballot box nor its contents shall be subject to the Employer's review. Such use of a ballot box shall be limited to no more than four (4) times per calendar year.
