LODGE/LABOR COUNCIL BUSINESS. Section 6.1. Lodge/Labor Council Business. The Lodge/Labor Council agree that except as specifically provided by the terms and provisions of this Agreement, employees shall not be permitted to engage in union activity during working hours. The City, the Lodge and the Labor Council agree to work toward the goal of scheduling meetings at a date and time which minimize the loss of manpower to Department.
