Labor Council Staff Representative. The Business Staff Representative may consult with employees before the start of or at the completion of the day's work. Such representative shall be permitted in the assembly area at all reasonable times only for the purpose of adjusting grievances, assisting in the settlement of disputes, and for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions and aims of this Agreement. However, the Representative must notify management when such representative will be present in the assembly area. The staff representative shall not disrupt the normal operation of the Police Department.
