Common use of Lodging, etc Clause in Contracts

Lodging, etc. The Contractor shall comply with, and shall cause its Subcontractors to comply with, M.G.L. c. 149, s. 25 which provides that every employee under this Contract shall lodge, board and trade where and with whom he elects, and neither the Contractor nor his agents or employees shall, either directly or indirectly, require as a condition of the employment of any person that the employee shall lodge, board or trade at a particular place or with a particular person.
