DRUGS & ALCOHOL. Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. The Parties to this Agreement are committed to providing a safe, healthy and productive work environment. Drug and alcohol use or abuse that places this environment at risk will not be tolerated by the Employer. The Employer's drug and alcohol policies and procedures (which may include random drug and alcohol testing) will be implemented by the Employer. It is a condition of employment that all employees comply with the Drugs and Alcohol policies and procedures. Each employee will be made aware of the policies and procedures at the point of engagement. The Parties further agree that no one will be allowed to enter or work on a project site if they are under the influence of, or affected by, alcohol or drugs. Any employee prohibited entry to the site under this clause shall forfeit pay for the day/s of absence.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. Under no circumstances will any employee affected by alcohol and/or affected by any other drug be permitted to work or operate any equipment on Company projects. The Company has a strict drug and alcohol policy. Employees are to adhere to the Company policy as varied from time to time. Repeat or serious offenders will be disciplined, which may include termination of the offender’s employment.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. If any student brings to school, or has in his/her possession on the school grounds, during or after school hours, any illegal drugs, medications not authorized, tobacco, or alcohol, the proper authorities will be notified. The student will be immediately removed from school grounds, pending the proper investigation and consequential expulsion.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. The Student may be given the opportunity to provide a urine sample under medical supervision if involvement with drugs is suspected, or a sample of breath to test for alcohol consumed in breach of School discipline. A sample or test in these circumstances will not form part of the Student's permanent medical record.

It is a condition of employment that all employees comply with the Employer’s Drug and Alcohol Policy. The Drug and Alcohol Policy, which includes random drug and alcohol testing, will be implemented by the Employer during this project. No one will be allowed to enter or work on the Project site if they are under the influence of, or affected by, alcohol or drugs.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. Team Members may not partake of tobacco or alcohol products, or illegal drugs of any kind while at the Host Family home. Any introduction to, offering of, or encouraging the use of said substances shall be immediately reported by the Host Family to the Parish Coordinator and the Parish coordinator shall report any such allegation to the Diocesan Totus Tuus Coordinator.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL. 10.1 No Employee shall present themselves for work or resume duties under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, except where the drug is legally prescribed by a registered medical practitioner (registered with the appropriate government authority) for the purposes of treating a medical condition.
DRUGS & ALCOHOL. The Company and the Union recognize the need for safe and efficient work operations and the need to promote a better understanding and acceptance of an alcohol-drug free environment. The Company and Union agree to work jointly in promoting employee awareness concerning substance abuse.
