Logbook. (a) All calls shall be recorded in a logbook. The logbook shall show: (1) The shift to be filled. (2) The name of the employee called and phone numbers used. (3) Date and time of call(s) or texts. (4) The final outcome of the call(s) whether the casual shift was accepted or refused or non-response. (5) Signature of the caller. (b) The Labour Management Committee may review the Logbook.
