Logbooks and Maintenance Records. Each aircraft (including the aircraft engine, propeller, or article) must be accompanied by logbooks and maintenance records equivalent to those specified in 14 CFR section 91.417. The maintenance records must also show that, for a used aircraft, that aircraft has had a 100-hour inspection, or equivalent, as specified in 14 CFR section 21.183(d).
