Recordkeeping Requirements. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall comply with the requirements governing maintenance of records of each request for access to and each disclosure of, student education records set forth under Title 34, Code of Federal Regulations § 99.32 and under Education Code § 49064 as applicable.
Recordkeeping Requirements a. The Contractor shall retain, and require subcontractors to retain, as applicable, the following information: beneficiary grievance and appeal records in 42 CFR §438.416, and the data, information, and documentation specified in 42 CFR §§438.604, 438.606, 438.608, and 438.610 for a period of no less than 10 years.
Recordkeeping Requirements. The Company shall make and keep the following books and records of the Client:
a) An itemized daily record of each Investment Interest transaction of the Client, showing the transaction date, quantity, Investment Interest, and, as applicable, price or premium, delivery month or expiration date, whether a put or a call, strike price, underlying contract for future delivery or underlying physical, the futures commission merchant carrying the account and the introducing broker, if any, whether the commodity interest was purchased, sold, exercised, or expired, the gain or loss realized, and any commission or give-up fee.
b) A journal of original entry or other equivalent record showing all receipts and disbursements of money, securities and other property.
c) A subsidiary ledger or other equivalent record for each member or shareholder of the Client showing the member’s or shareholder’s name and address and all funds, securities and other property that the Client received from or distributed to the member or shareholder.
d) Adjusting entries and any other records of original entry or their equivalent forming the basis of entries in any ledger.
e) A general ledger or other equivalent record containing details of all asset, liability, capital, income and expense accounts.
f) Cancelled checks, bank statements, journals, ledgers, invoices, computer generated records, and all other records, data and memoranda prepared or received in connection with the operation of the Client.
Recordkeeping Requirements. Grantees must retain records in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (A) above, including, but not limited to:
(1) the amount and disbursement of funds received under this Choice Neighborhoods Grant, including sufficient records that document the reasonableness and necessity of each expenditure;
(2) the amount and nature of any other assistance, including cash, services, or other items contributed to assist in the development of the Transformation Plan or contributed as a condition of receiving this Choice Neighborhoods Grant;
(3) any other proceeds received for, or otherwise used in connection with, the Transformation Plan; and
Recordkeeping Requirements. Grantees must retain records in accordance with the requirements of paragraph (A) of this Article, including, but not limited to:
(1) the amount and disposition of funds received under this HOPE VI Grant, including sufficient records that document the reasonableness and necessity of each expenditure;
(2) the amount and nature of any other assistance, including cash, services, or other items contributed in accordance with the Revitalization Plan or as a condition of receiving this HOPE VI Grant;
(3) any other proceeds received for, or otherwise used in connection with, the Revitalization Plan; and
(4) fair housing and equal opportunity data, including racial and ethnic beneficiary data, information on the affirmative marketing strategy and any other information to demonstrate compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity requirements of this program as identified in Article XV.
Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor agrees to maintain full and complete records which pertain to this Contract for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved if such claim or audit is started before the expiration date of the three-year period.
Recordkeeping Requirements. The re- cipient shall maintain in its files a copy of the written agreement and re- lated documents establishing conform- ance with this section and concerning performance by a financial institution in accordance with the agreement. Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor shall keep at its offices in Mexico all accounting books, supporting documents and other records relating to the Petroleum Activities as established by the Accounting Procedures. All such records shall be available in physical and electronic formats for inspection, review and audit by any Person designated by the Ministry of Finance or any other competent Governmental Authority. Records showing transactions in the Operating Account shall be kept starting from the Effective Date and until five (5) Years after termination of this Contract.
Recordkeeping Requirements. Merchant shall keep all records of verifiable consumer authorizations for a period of two (2) years from the date an authorization is terminated or revoked. Merchant agrees to provide copies of such documents or records to BASE COMMERCE immediately upon written request from BASE COMMERCE.
Recordkeeping Requirements. The Contractor and the COR shall both maintain a complete and accurate management file. The file shall contain, as a minimum, the following items:
(a) The Government's copies of all task orders issued under this contract, and all inspection reports completed by the COR (OF-127). These forms will be supplied to advise the Contractor of service requests and to document the performance of all work.
(b) Contractor’s Service Report forms, documenting arrival and departure time of the contractor's representative performing the service, and all information on parts installed for major repairs only.
(c) Documentation of any complaints from post personnel or unusual incidents that may have taken place during the visit to the site.
