Common use of Logging and Log Review Clause in Contracts

Logging and Log Review. In addition to the logging and monitoring described elsewhere in these Requirements, Servicer must implement logging systems and log reviews reasonably sufficient to detect Loss or Misuse of Cellco Highly Confidential Information. At a minimum, this includes: i. logging and log reviews of operations that export or copy Cellco Highly Confidential Information ii. developing a baseline of expected export/copy activity and iii. logging to detect activity exceeding baseline thresholds.
