Common use of Long Term Business Plan Clause in Contracts

Long Term Business Plan. (a) The Long Term Business Plan submitted to the Board in respect of a Financial Year will not become the Long Term Business Plan for that Financial Year unless and until it has received approval from the Board including (if Olive HoldCo’s Equity Proportion is at least 15 per cent.) approval by at least one Olive HoldCo Nominated Director and (if Red’s Equity Proportion is at least 10 per cent.) approval by at least one Red Nominated Director. The Board must use all reasonable endeavours to approve the Long Term Business Plan not later than ten Business Days before the end of the current Financial Year.
