LONG TERM CARE INELIGIBILITY PERIODS. The STATE will notify the MCO when an Enrollee has a Long Term Care ineligibility period. As long as the Enrollee remains enrolled in MSHO or MSC+, the MCO shall be required to reassume financial responsibility for all services covered under MSHO or MSC+ after the LTC ineligibility period has passed. During the ineligibility period payment for Nursing Facility and Elderly Waiver services will be the responsibility of the Enrollee.
