Common use of LONG TERM CARE INELIGIBILITY PERIODS Clause in Contracts

LONG TERM CARE INELIGIBILITY PERIODS. ‌ The STATE will notify the MCO when an Enrollee has a Long Term Care ineligibility period. As long as the Enrollee remains enrolled in SNBC, the MCO shall be required to reassume financial responsibility for all services covered under SNBC after the LTC ineligibility period has passed. During the LTC ineligibility period payment for Nursing Facility services will be the responsibility of the Enrollee.
