Long Term Disability Extra. All eligible employees shall be enrolled in a Long Term Disability Extra Plan with the following features: 1. The wait period is 120 days 2. The benefit is 6 2/3% of the employee’s weekly wage prior to disability 3. The benefit period is up to 1 year while the employee is receiving Long Term Disability benefits. The premium costs of the plan will be shared on a 65/35 Board/Employee basis.
