Long-term Substitute Participation. Long-term Substitute teachers as defined by Article 1, Section 3, Subd. 6, may individually elect to participate in the group insurance programs (including the HMO options) established by this Article, and shall receive prorated School District contributions, as established by this Article, toward the health, hospitalization and major medical premiums.
