Seller shall obtain and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all Business Tax Registration Certificates required by the City of Los Angeles Business Tax Ordinance, Article 1, Chapter II, Section 21.00 and following, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. Seller’s Vendor Registration Number must be shown on all invoices submitted for payment. Failure to do so, may delay payment.
