Business Tax Sample Clauses

Business TaxThe Consultant represents and warrants that it currently has a City business tax certificate or exemption, if qualified, and will maintain such certificate or exemption for the Master Agreement term.
Business Tax. The Developer shall apply for and pay the business license tax for a business license, in accordance with Los Altos Municipal Code Chapter 4.04.
Business Tax. If you use your boat for commercial activities, such as charter or commercial fishing, you must register your business with the Department of Revenue. Based on the type of activity, your income may be subject to the business and occupation tax or public utility tax. In certain instances, you may be required to collect retail sales tax.
Business Tax. Consultant understands that the Services performed under this Agreement constitutes doing business in the City of Riverside, and Consultant agrees that Consultant will register for and pay a business tax pursuant to Chapter 5.04 of the Riverside Municipal Code and keep such tax certificate current during the term of this Agreement.

Notice of such withholding and offset, shall promptly be given to Instructor by City in writing. In the event of a dispute as to the amount owed or whether such amount is owed to City, City will hold such disputed amount until either the appropriate appeal process has been completed or until the dispute has been resolved.
Business TaxThe Operator must throughout the duration of this Agreement have a current business tax account and paid all due business tax and registration tax, in accordance with Fremont Municipal Code title 5, chapter 5.05.
Business Tax. To pay when due, all taxes, business taxes, permit fees, business license fees, rates, and other charges, fees or costs payable, levied or assessed in respect of the use and occupancy of the Leased Premises by the Tenant, the business or businesses carried on therein, or the improvements, equipment, machinery or fixtures therein and to promptly furnish receipts evidencing such payment upon the written request of the Landlord.
