Common use of Loss and Damage Clause in Contracts

Loss and Damage. The Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to the Tenant for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying all or any part of the premises adjacent to or connected with the Premises or any part of the building of which the Premises are a part, or for any loss or damage resulting to the Tenant or his property from bursting, stoppage or leaking of water, gas sewer or steam pipes or for any damage or loss of property within the Premises from any cause whatsoever.

Loss and Damage. The Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to the Tenant for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying all or any part of the premises Leased Premises adjacent to or connected with the Leased Premises or any part of the building Building of which the Leased Premises are a part, or for any loss or damage resulting to the Tenant or his property from bursting, stoppage or leaking of water, gas sewer or steam pipes or for any damage or loss of property within the Leased Premises from any cause whatsoever.

The Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to the Tenant for any loss injury or damage that may be occasioned by to persons or through the acts property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water, rain or omissions of persons occupying all snow, or leaks from any part of the premises adjacent to Leased Premises, or connected with from the pipes, appliances or plumbing works, or from the roof, street or subsurface, or from any other place, or by dampness or by any other cause of whatsoever nature, and whether originating in the Leased Premises or any part of elsewhere, unless the building of which same be caused by the Premises are a part, negligence or for any loss or damage resulting negligent failure to the Tenant or his property from bursting, stoppage or leaking of water, gas sewer or steam pipes or for any damage or loss of property within the Premises from any cause whatsoever.act
