Common use of Loss, Damage, Injury Clause in Contracts

Loss, Damage, Injury. Landlord will not be liable or responsible to Tenant, or to any other person or entity, for any damage, injury, destruction or death due to or arising out of any cause whatsoever other than Landlord's willful misconduct or negligence. This limitation of liability will remain in effect after the expiration or termination of this Lease.
