Loss Information. The Insurer will provide Loss Information to the Company within ten (10) days of the Company's request or, if required by statute, at the same time as any notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of this Policy. However, Loss Information shall not include information on any reserve.

Loss Information shall at its’ sole cost and expense, cause and occupational safety and loss prevention analysis, including recommendations, to be performed by a reputable firm or individual approved by the Department, in its’ sole discretion; should the Department at any time during the course of self-insurance certification feel that such a need has arisen in the interest of protection of Rhode Island employees in the program.

  • Business Information All Business Information shall be owned jointly by the Members as their Ownership Interests are determined pursuant to this Agreement. Both before and after the termination of the Company, all Business Information may be used by either Member for any purpose, whether or not competitive with the Business, without consulting with, or obligation to, the other Member. Except as provided in Sections 13.3 and 13.4, or with the prior written consent of the other Member, each Member shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third party or the public any portion of the Business Information that constitutes Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Information Protections 4.1 At all times during and after the Employee’s employment, the Employee will hold in confidence and will not disclose, use, lecture upon, or publish any of Company’s Confidential Information (defined below), except as may be required in connection with the Employee’s work for Company, or as expressly authorized by the Board. The Employee will obtain the written approval of the Board before publishing or submitting for publication any material (written, oral, or otherwise) that relates to the Employee’s work at Company and/or incorporates any Confidential Information.   • Return or Destruction of Confidential Information If an Interconnection Party provides any Confidential Information to another Interconnection Party in the course of an audit or inspection, the providing Interconnection Party may request the other party to return or destroy such Confidential Information after the termination of the audit period and the resolution of all matters relating to that audit. Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.
