Loss Information shall at its’ sole cost and expense, cause and occupational safety and loss prevention analysis, including recommendations, to be performed by a reputable firm or individual approved by the Department, in its’ sole discretion; should the Department at any time during the course of self-insurance certification feel that such a need has arisen in the interest of protection of Rhode Island employees in the program.

Loss Information. At the request of Dakota County, Contractor shall promptly furnish loss information concerning all liability claims brought against Contractor (or any other insured under Contractor's required policies), that may affect the amount of liability insurance available for the benefit and protection of Dakota County under this section. Such loss information shall include such specifics and be in such form as Dakota County may reasonably require.

Loss Information. At the request of the EDA, the Contractor shall promptly furnish loss information concerning all liability claims (1) brought against the Contractor (or any predecessor business entity) arising out of any construction projects undertaken by the Contractor (or any predecessor business entity) within the three (3) years preceding the date of this Contract and/or (2) brought against the Contractor (or any other Insured under the Contractor’s required policies, that may affect the amount of liability insurance available for benefit and protection of the EDA. Such loss information shall include such specifics and be in such form as the EDA may reasonably require.

Loss Information. ‌ At the request of City, Club shall promptly furnish loss information concerning all liability claims brought against Club (or any other Insured under Club’s required policies), that may affect the amount of liability insurance available for the benefit and protection of City and others under this section , or which, in City’s sole opinion, might affect the interests of the public. Such loss information shall include such specifics and be in such form as City may reasonably require. To the extent permitted by Section 16.27, City agrees to keep any such information confidential. Club shall not be required to disclose loss information that would materially disadvantage Club in any threatened or ongoing litigation if there is a significant risk that such information would become public.
